Hello there, my name is Ranu and I traveled all the way from Sushant Lok in Gurgaon to get my MacBook Pro 2023 model repaired. I had previously shown it to Apple Care and they informed me that it couldn't be fixed and that the entire motherboard needed to be replaced. Determined to find a solution, I decided to visit Citi Infotech. Mr. Himanshu from Citi Infotech inspected my MacBook and assured me that he could repair it. Thankfully, they were able to repair the motherboard in just 2 hours. It has been 3 months since the repair and my MacBook is still working perfectly. I would highly advise against seeking assistance from their establishment. They appear to be a group of deceitful individuals.
My father brought my laptop to their shop for repairs on the motherboard due to water damage. Despite following up for 15 days, they continuously provided flimsy excuses.
Upon visiting the shop, I discovered that my laptop had been opened but no repairs had been made.
Their lack of expertise is evident as they improperly replaced the screws in my laptop, resulting in dents.
Furthermore, I caution against relying on their purported 5-star reviews, as they only respond to negative feedback. Their attempts to downplay criticism by claiming they cannot locate customer information is unconvincing.
Steer clear of this establishment at all costs.
