I recently had my MSI laptop repaired at "Citi Infotech" and I must say, I am extremely pleased with the service. I was experiencing issues with dim lighting and constant restarts on my laptop that other shops in Gurgaon couldn't seem to figure out. However, the very next day after bringing it to Citi Infotech, my laptop was fully fixed at a very reasonable cost. I can confidently say they offer the best gaming laptop repair service in Gurgaon.

I popped into this shop from dlf to get my Asus gaming laptop repaired where the motherboard had stopped functioning and my laptop wouldn't turn on. I stumbled upon this place called citi infotech and the owner, Himanshu, checked out my laptop. He assured me he could fix it quickly, and true to his word, my laptop was up and running like new within 2 hours. The repair charges were also very reasonable. Howdy everyone, just wanted to share my experience with y'all. So, my MacBook had some keyboard issues and I was on the lookout for a place to get it fixed. After checking out a few spots, I stumbled upon Citizens Infotech and let me tell ya, their prices were unbeatable. I decided to go for it and got my MacBook Pro M1's keyboard replaced there. It's been a year since then and I must say, the keyboard is still working like a charm. I reckon y'all should give this shop a try for any MacBook repairs or keyboard replacements. Save y'all's time and head straight to Citizens Infotech! Cheers.

I must say, I am feeling quite let down by the service – or lack thereof – provided by Citi Infotech. I handed over my MSI GL63 on 18th December, 2021, due to issues with the GPU and keyboard. Despite following up every few days, Himanshu from Infotech kept reassuring me that everything was proceeding as planned, each time promising that 'it will be fixed by tomorrow'. However, after not receiving any updates, I decided to visit the store on 28th December, 2021 (having called beforehand to let them know I would be coming to collect the laptop, to which they responded that the GPU had been repaired, but the keyboard needed replacement and was currently unavailable).

When I arrived at the store, I had to wait for about an hour before they returned the laptop to me without having fixed anything. At this juncture, I was informed that the issue could not be resolved and that a new motherboard would be necessary. While they did not charge me for their unsuccessful efforts (which is a small comfort), based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone.

I say, old chap, I found myself in a bit of a pickle when my trusty MSI gaming laptop decided to throw in the towel. I scurried around to various shops, only to be told that replacing the motherboard was the sole solution to revive my laptop. However, I stumbled upon Citi Infotech, and lo and behold, they swiftly assessed and tinkered with my device, returning it to its former glory in a mere day! A jolly good show, I must say. I wholeheartedly urge chaps to pay them a visit for all their laptop repair needs in Gurgaon. Cheers!

I had a matebook that took a hit, everyone else said it was a goner. But when I took it to Citi Infotech, they swiftly checked it out and managed to fix up my M1 chip set matebook in no time and for a great price.
