I reckon this place is the bees knees for MacBook fixes in Delhi and Gurgaon. My MacBook went on the fritz all of a sudden with a motherboard hiccup leading to an abrupt shutdown. Instead of dilly-dallying around different local joints, I hotfooted it straight to Citi Infotech. The bloke there had a jolly calm demeanor and promptly had a butcher's at me MacBook. Worst place to get your laptop fixed, mate. I took my Macbook there and had to wait around 20-25 minutes for the bloke to even show up and have a look at it. When he finally arrived, he asked me what the issue was and then told me to bugger off and not watch while he fixed it. I asked if I could watch, and he got all worked up, giving me attitude and saying "Alright mate, if you want me to do it in front of your eyes, it's gonna cost you an extra 7k. Otherwise, take it somewhere else." I don't know what was up with him.
He reckoned he gets ticked off when people watch him working and charges extra for it. I mean, seriously? He's the repair guy, and I'm the one who needs his laptop fixed without anything dodgy going on. How's that fair? Steer clear of that place, lads, seriously! The bloke was proper rude and no help at all.
