THEY ARE ABSOLUTE ROBBERS. They flogged me a faulty product, they did. They even admitted the product was on the blink, but did they swap it or cough up the cash? Not a chance. Steer clear, mate. They don't give a monkey's about their punters.

They dispatched their techie round to mine more times than I can count, each visit gobbling up hours of me day. My time down the swanny. My dosh down the drain.

Due to the unfortunate circumstances, our establishment has experienced a significant setback. The service provided was extremely disappointing. We made a purchase of a costly laptop from them, only to discover that it was defective. Despite our requests for a replacement or refund, they were unwilling to accommodate us. Subsequently, they sent an engineer to our premises on multiple occasions, resulting in a waste of our time, money, and resources.

It is with great conviction that we advise against making any purchases from this store. Their concern for customer satisfaction appears to diminish once a transaction has been completed. We feel deceived by their actions.

Regrettably, this marks our inaugural negative feedback, but it is our duty to caution others about our experience with them.
