This store is a total deception. After making a purchase, you'll feel like you're being stalked. I have no idea how they're getting 5-star ratings, as it's not even worth giving them 1 star. The product packaging quality is low, and they pressure customers into choosing EMI options. It's an absurd store!

Had a splendid shopping experience at the computer store. It was the weekend and Lenovo had some fantastic promotional offers, so there was quite the crowd. Vikram and Arjul assisted me in selecting a suitable laptop. I was torn between the Legion and LOQ models, but ended up choosing the Legion. Lenovo is indeed a top-notch brand and these gentlemen certainly lived up to its reputation.

I must say, our experience with this computer store was quite dreadful and left us utterly disappointed. It is with great urgency that I advise against making any purchases from this establishment. Our encounter involved the acquisition of a faulty Lenovo laptop. Upon reporting the issue, they dispatched an engineer to our residence on three separate occasions within a month. Despite the engineer dedicating 4 hours each visit to rectify the problem, the laptop remained incredibly sluggish.

We exhibited exceptional patience throughout this ordeal, enduring nearly a month in anticipation of a resolution. However, our time was squandered, our productivity compromised, and our funds misappropriated. The laptop itself was rather costly, priced at around ₹1.3 lakh, a significant sum for our non-profit organization.

Our primary point of contact, Mr. Chandan, tacitly acknowledged the sale of a defective unit. Feeling utterly swindled, we ultimately returned the laptop as our exasperation peaked, with no desire to further waste our time.

Our objective is not to besmirch anyone's reputation but rather to caution our fellow consumers, ensuring they do not endure a similar plight.

They have a wide variety of laptops available, and I must say, the after-sales service at this store is top-notch.
