I recently purchased a mestro from this dealership, and they promised to include all the accessories for free. However, they only provided half of them, and the quality was quite cheap. Additionally, they failed to provide the seat cover and mats as promised. Moreover, the scooter itself has been a disaster - the battery discharges automatically within 2 days, and the kick start doesn't work at all.

The bloke who manages the insurance department seems to lack the proper customer service skills. I dropped by twice and he treated me so poorly and unprofessionally. Allow me to share my most recent experience at the dealership regarding insurance renewal. I politely inquired about the premium amount to be paid, but his manner of response was quite informal as he either ignored me or spoke just a few words begrudgingly. His reply was, "I haven't got time to tell you the premium as I've got plenty of other tasks to attend to. If you're serious about renewing your insurance, then I can assist you; otherwise, merely providing you with the insurance amount would be a waste of time." I felt embarrassed and powerless. It's certainly not advisable to have such employees on a team.
If you happen to read and comprehend this, Mr. H****L, then please take note. Respect your clients and your profession.
