You must be aware that the rush is overwhelming. Don't bother planning ahead. I had to take a day off from work because the delivery was due. However, the delivery didn't arrive that day. What will happen once I return to work? You only speak positively before making a purchase, you never mentioned that this could also happen.

Customer not able to trust these fellas, I purchased a washing machine from them thinking it would be the best deal, only to discover the same model at Croma and online for 2k cheaper than what they charged me. Complete scammers.

The staff's behavior is spot on, I must say. However, after placing an order, the item doesn't seem to arrive on time. I made a booking for a fridge on the 1st of November, 2024, and as of today, the 6th of November, 2024, my fridge has yet to make its way to me. What's more, they're not even picking up my calls. Quite disappointing, I must say.

I bought a Voltas 1 ton window AC yesterday. When I was buying it, I asked the staff if the window bracket for a Carrier 1 ton window AC would fit the Voltas brand, and they assured me it would. However, during the installation today, we discovered that the Voltas AC is actually smaller in size compared to the Carrier model. I have given them a low rating as a caution to other customers.
I plan to assess its performance before giving a final review.
Seller, please take note: The Carrier window AC is larger in size than the Voltas window AC.

It seems that they often try to convince customers to buy items that are no longer in production and are already stocked in their inventory. This especially applies to the owner, Sunil, and his associate, Sanjay.
