I must express my profound disappointment with the experience I underwent at your Reliance Digital store in Rohtak. Today, upon visiting the store to make a purchase, I encountered truly unacceptable conduct from one of your team members, Ms. Approva. Her rudeness and lack of respect were, in my opinion, not only unprofessional but also an affront to my dignity.

Upon requesting to speak with the store manager, she deliberately misinformed me, claiming I would have to wait 10–15 minutes as he was on a tea break following a full day's work. However, as I exited the mall, I spotted the manager nearby, contradicting her statement.

I proceeded to discuss my concerns with the store manager and appealed for appropriate action to be taken against the employee for her behavior. Regrettably, when I inquired about the contact details of the area manager, he declined, asserting that there was no specific email address for such grievances.

Having resided in London for the past five years and currently holding the position of Area Manager in the retail sector, I am well-versed in the norms of customer service. The level of service I received at Reliance Digital fell significantly below acceptable standards, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied.

I urge immediate measures to be implemented concerning this issue and seek a response from your team regarding the actions to be taken. No customer should be subjected to such treatment at a renowned retail establishment.
