I popped into the shop earlier today and it was quite a disappointing experience, I must say.

Firstly, the staff seemed rather unprofessional. I was simply inquiring about their different models, but instead of addressing my query, the gentleman kept insisting that they didn't have the models in stock. He handed me a brochure and said he would update me when they had stock available (Interesting, no one even asked for my contact details).

Secondly, their stock seemed quite limited, and the staff appeared to lack knowledge and basic courtesy.

It's supposed to be an exclusive store, but I think they should focus more on selling the brand rather than just the laptops.

In my opinion, stores like Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, etc., would be better options compared to this particular store.
