Visited the Computer store to purchase an Asus Zenbook 14, initially quoted at 90,000 (same as Asus Website). However, the next day, they bumped up the price to 92,500. After some negotiation, they brought it down to 90,400 (which was quite considerate of them).

I decided to check prices at other Asus stores and found that none of them were quoting more than 90k. Even on Flipkart, the price was 89,200. Eventually, I managed to snag the laptop for 88k from Accord Computech in sector 20C, Chandigarh, as my brother happened to be in that area for an exam.

It's worth noting that this particular store is the sole retailer of premium Asus laptops in Kurukshetra, so brace yourself for a premium price tag here.

Edit: In response to the owner's comment:
1. The salesperson did not mention these additional items.
2. These items are presented as optional purchases along with accessories like Seagate or WD hard drives at discounted prices. Other stores explicitly disclosed these offers instead of automatically including them in the product's price.
3. Including optional discounted purchases in the item's price and then labeling them as "free" still seems like a deceptive practice.
4. I harbor no ill will against this shop; in fact, I purchased an HP powerhouse laptop for 84k four years ago, which was a more than satisfactory experience. However, this current situation cannot be justified.

I must say, I am terribly disheartened by my recent experience at this computer store. The service was subpar, the staff seemed disinterested, and the overall atmosphere was lacking in warmth and professionalism. I expected much more from a establishment of this caliber. I will not be returning.
