I had a really terrible experience at this computer store, they ended up damaging my brand new laptop.
Update 1-
They are closing their eyes to their mistake without taking any corrective action. Let me reiterate their mistake once again so that they may take action. I brought in my one-year-old laptop with a request to format it to increase speed, but they insisted on installing an SSD. I agreed due to their persuasive selling skills. During the installation of the SSD, they left a bolt inside the laptop near the speaker, causing distorted sound to come from the laptop. When I returned to the shop to get this resolved, they immediately said the speaker needed to be replaced without even checking inside. I endured this issue for over 1.5 months until I finally went to another shop two days ago and they removed the bolt. It cost me a total of Rs.1500 and caused me a lot of inconvenience. If they want to rectify their mistake, they should reimburse this amount to my Paytm account and in the future, when repairing devices, they should take extra care and double-check if a customer comes to them. Regarding the camera, they had suggested changing the entire front panel, but the other shop managed to fix it with minor repairs.

This shop is a complete scam, mate. Avoid purchasing anything from them at all costs. I had an awful experience with them. I bought a C to C cable, and they promised to give me a refund if it didn't fit my computer monitor. However, when I tried to return it, they flat-out refused. They wouldn't even exchange the cable. They're ripping off the general public. Save your money and time, don't bother with this place.
