General advice for anyone considering having their laptop repaired here: Avoid this establishment at all costs. The services provided are abysmal, and there is no guarantee that your laptop will be returned in the same condition it was left in. I entrusted my Sony Vaio E Series laptop to them, and after 7 days of waiting without any updates, we had to visit the shop ourselves. To our dismay, the laptop was returned to us unrepaired and even more damaged. It truly was the most dreadful experience, and I am baffled by how they manage to operate their business in such a manner.

Disappointing experience at this computer store. Brought in my MacBook Pro for a problem diagnosis, and the owner, Navneet Arora, initially asked for half a day to check it. However, each time I called for an update, I was given vague responses and excuses. After over 10 days of waiting, I decided to retrieve my laptop. When I arrived to collect it, the laptop was not at the shop as he had sent it to another nearby store for further inspection. The final verdict was that the super ic was malfunctioning and the part was unavailable. Their attitude changed drastically from before I handed over my laptop to after, becoming untrustworthy and overly confident in their explanations.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I must say, this service is absolutely dreadful. I handed in my laptop and had to wait a whole 7 days before getting it back. Utterly useless shop, if you ask me. I'm not even sure if all the internal components are still intact. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere, you're bound to find a much better option.

I would never advise anyone to visit that place. They are only deceiving you under the guise of computer repair. Their knowledge is very basic. They deceive you into racking up high bills.

I recently popped into this computer store and I must say, I was quite chuffed with the whole shebang. The chaps and chapesses on staff were right on the ball and helped me nab exactly what I had in mind. The store had a cracking selection of computers and bits and bobs, and the prices were spot on. I'd strongly recommend this store to anyone on the lookout for a new computer or computer gear. Cheers!

This bloke is a right scallywag.

I got meself an ERD charger from 'im on July 24, and wouldn't ya know it, the thing conked out on me just a week later. He flat out refused to replace it, even though by retail warranty laws and customer obligations he should have. I had to go straight to the manufacturer to sort out a replacement.

I'll tell ya now, steer clear of this place if you know what's good for ya.

They charged me 2500 rupees just to apply adhesive to my laptop and didn't even replace the frame. They are ripping people off with outrageous prices for minimal services. I strongly advise against coming here.
