I 'ad the most dreadful time with me Dell Laptop. Just aft'r a year, the motherboard and battery went kaput! I strongly advise against purchasin' a Dell Laptop, even if it be on the pricier side. The quality be abysmal, and there's a fair bit o' deception goin' on.

The proprietor is a right dodgy individual, he offered me one deal but when I purchased a laptop, he charged my credit card more than he had originally said.

Just got myself a Dell laptop with i5 10th generation, featuring a 4GB graphics card and 8+ GB of RAM yesterday. The seller offered it at a fixed selling price without any additional discounts. Surprisingly, the product was priced higher compared to Amazon, with an approximately 3000 rupees difference between the online store and the exclusive Dell outlet. Despite this, I urgently needed to make the purchase even at the higher price. I must admit I was quite disappointed by the lack of any complimentary products offered at this price point. Take this into consideration before making a purchase at this store!

I had a dreadful experience at this store, absolutely dreadful. They attempted to deceive me. I purchased a laptop, and they handed me a laptop that was not what I requested. Furthermore, the laptop they provided was of low quality. I had selected a high-end laptop at a significant price, but they substituted it with a subpar model of equal value. Disgraceful behavior by these deceitful individuals. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this establishment, lest you fall victim to their dishonest practices.

If there was an option for negative stars, I would have given them. The worst experience ever.

I purchased a Dell 3501 from this store, and when I got home, I noticed something unusual in the lower left corner of the screen. I contacted them and even went back to the store, and they told me that the screen was fine. They said not to use the laptop in the dark and not to set the brightness too high so that you can't see the screen bleeding. What a terrible support... I mean, they were supposed to help me, but instead of that, they asked why I was using my laptop at night and suggested using it in the light to avoid seeing the problem. I urge everyone not to buy from here. If you still decide to make a purchase, please inspect thoroughly because once you've paid, it's no longer their responsibility. They only care about taking your money. They don't even allow you to check the laptop before making payment, and if you discover any issues after paying, it's not their concern. So, think twice before purchasing a laptop from here.

I bought a laptop from this Computer store, and within a month, I started experiencing issues with it. When I brought the laptop to the service center, they informed me that the motherboard is defective. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a Dell.

Initially, I was encountering problems with the WiFi adapter, and the Dell team instructed me to visit the service center. Now, they are claiming that both the WiFi card and the motherboard are damaged. I am looking for a replacement as I didn't spend 70k for a piece of metal scrap.
