I asked about the Corsair 8GB RAM on Google Maps and received a response with a very reasonable price, so I decided to visit the store to purchase it. However, the gentleman there was quite rude and attempted to sell me the same RAM at a higher price, claiming he had not contacted me at all. 😡

This establishment provides a range of computer and accessories for sale, as well as service. I have been utilizing their services for nearly 8 to 10 years now. My very first computer was purchased from this store. I have never encountered any problems with their service.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing any products from this store. When you make a purchase, they claim to provide service during the warranty period, but when you actually need assistance within that time frame, they redirect you to a service center.

If we have to go to a service center anyway, why should we bother buying from this store at all? It's much better to buy online instead. Their attitude is very poor and deceitful.

A great store for all your tech and software needs... Recently had my PC upgraded to Windows 10, not sure if it's genuine but it gets the job done, also purchased a webcam and Bluetooth dongle, both working fine...

I would definitely suggest this store for all your computer requirements...

I recently visited a computer store to purchase a charger for my Sony laptop. The store owner offered me an alternative charger for Rs 700 with a 6-month warranty. Excited about the deal, I made the purchase and headed home. However, upon connecting the new charger to my laptop, it failed to charge. Frustrated, I returned to the store to have the issue resolved.

After a brief inspection, the shopkeeper claimed that the charger was functioning properly and that the problem lay with my laptop. Confident that my laptop was in good condition, I insisted on a refund for the faulty charger. Reluctantly, the shopkeeper refunded me but deducted Rs 100 from the original amount. Despite the inconvenience, I decided to seek a replacement charger elsewhere.

Ultimately, I found another store where I purchased a working charger that successfully charged my laptop without any issues.

This laptop repair shop has been in business for over 20 years. The owner, Vivek, is very polite and friendly. I went there in December 2023 to have my laptop screen replaced. For a very reasonable price, he not only replaced the LED screen but also solved the problem with my CD drive, all in just a few hours. I highly recommend it.
