I must say, the service at this establishment is absolutely abysmal. The staff seem completely incapable of getting the job done, as my CPU remained unfixed even after sitting in their hands for a fortnight. Despite their efforts to replace everything, the system crashed within a mere two hours. After reluctantly paying the full bill, I had no choice but to take my computer to a different shop out of sheer concern. The employees exhibited extremely poor behavior throughout the entire ordeal. To top it off, when accompanied by a female friend, they had the audacity to suggest that she should try fixing it herself since they were unable to do so. In short, their service is utterly useless. Although I initially visited based on a recommendation from a friend, I now adamantly advise against patronizing this establishment, especially with female company.

Oh dear, what a dreadful experience! My laptop had a screen replacement issue and oh, how I was taken advantage of. The folks at the store took my money without making any repairs at all. I must admit, I was quite naive. The owner and the staff were terribly rude, I must say.

Right from the start, they knew that the motherboard was perfectly fine but it was the screen that needed fixing. Despite this knowledge, they deceitfully talked to me about a motherboard repair that never actually took place. When I brought my laptop back home, it wouldn't turn on. Upon returning to the shop, they had the audacity to claim that I had somehow broken the laptop myself. Can you believe it? As if I would intentionally damage my own device!

The shop held onto my laptop for over two weeks, and to top it off, they didn't even ask for my signature on the hardware parts. They made false claims about repairing the motherboard IC, but when I took it to another store, I found out that it hadn't been touched at all. The motherboard was still dusty, with no signs of any actual repairs. It was exactly as it was when it came out of the factory.

It's clear to me now that all they wanted was to squeeze more money out of me for the screen replacement, without addressing the real issue. And of course, they refused to give me a refund. It's truly disheartening to see such dishonest practices in the market.

I urge anyone reading this to steer clear of that shop and find a more reputable place to get their tech issues sorted. What a disappointment! I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.
