They sell very damaged laptops as second-hand, which don't even work properly for at least 2-3 months. I purchased one in July, and the condition of the laptop is very poor. I have faced numerous problems in these 4 months. Now, A R Computers has refused to take it back. This has been my worst experience ever.

I recently visited Computer Service in Ambernath, as they were the only ones specialized in handling high-end systems. My graphics card suddenly started displaying red vertical lines, and as I didn't have another system to test the GPU, I was convinced it was beyond repair and would need a replacement. However, after having it checked by the team, they confirmed it was faulty but pleasantly surprised me when Ajay sir mentioned he could attempt to fix it. To my amazement, the next day my GPU was fully functional again.
