They sell very damaged laptops as second-hand, which don't even work properly for at least 2-3 months. I purchased one in July, and the condition of the laptop is very poor. I have faced numerous problems in these 4 months. Now, A R Computers has refused to take it back. This has been my worst experience ever.

My graphics card suddenly started displaying red vertical lines, and as I didn't have another system to test the GPU, I was convinced it was beyond repair and would need a replacement. He assured me that an Engineer would be dispatched to my home at the earliest convenience, and true to his word, they arrived in no time. The team was truly top-notch - skilled, polite, and full of helpful suggestions on the best course of action. Despite my initial reservations, I decided to take a leap of faith and entrusted my new motherboard, processor, RAM, and AIO to the visiting Engineer. To my delight, within just a couple of hours, Mr. Ajay reached out with the good news that the issue had been resolved!
