I sought assistance with repairing my GPU and CPU fans at a component level. However, the individual in charge failed to identify the issue, and following my interaction, my screen ceased to function. Upon requesting a return to the original state prior to the changes made, I was met with a firm refusal, accompanied by a raised voice. Subsequently, the BIOS was reset, resulting in a malfunctioning display. Additionally, there was a lack of clarity regarding the condition of my laptop while in their care, only a vague acknowledgment of it being under repair. I urge exercising discretion, as this has been a distressing ordeal for me, with both the screen and fan issues unresolved. The images exhibit the inactive screen juxtaposed with an illuminated keyboard.
